Position Summary:

The individual will supervise shipping, receiving, and coordinate with logistic partners to perform demand planning/fulfillment function. Responsible for overseeing receipt of incoming materials, outgoing shipments, warehousing activities, accurate documents issued for domestic and international shipments, and on-time shipments for superior customer service. Works closely with truck carriers/international brokers, and interfaces with all functions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Be the primary point of contact with Customs broker and 3PL for day-to-day activities.
· Audit shipment documents from foreign origins. Perform post-entry audit of Customs entry documents for proper HTS classification, value, and quantity.
· Monitor quantity declared to Customs vs. the quantity received and prepare reports.
· Facilitate resolution of supply chain disruptions related to Customs or other government department requirements.
· Daily tracking of our client’s import and export shipments.
· Act as a communication liaison between forwarders and our client’s supply chain team members.
· Calculate the delivery costs per product.
· Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

· 4-year college degree is preferred.
· Hands-on experience and understanding of Customs Compliance including HTS classification, valuation, and Customs entry process.
· General knowledge of Customs regulations, transportation modes (air, ocean, rail, ground) and international trade and logistics.
· Strong PC skills, including MS Office Suite.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Position Summary:

The individual will handle all phases of their purchasing function. You will be the senior purchasing officer for the company, responsible for procuring all equipment, materials, components and supplies used by the company. Specific responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

· Identify and qualify domestic and international vendors.
· Prepare bid packages for a wide variety of production parts and materials including components, metal/plastic parts, tools and supplies for our distribution and assembly activities.
· Evaluate proposals for quality, price, delivery, freight, etc. and recommend optimal solutions.

Experience:

· B.A. or B.S. degree in manufacturing, procurement, or operations management.
· 5+ years’ experience in purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
· Demonstrated leadership ability.
· Proven ability to identify problems, think through options, and implement solutions.

Position Summary:

As the Aftermarket Sales Supervisor, you will be the primary customer contact for Aftermarket sales opportunities for a portfolio of customer accounts, including existing customers and new account development.

Responsibilities:

· Under the direction of the Director of Sales & Marketing, key focus is to maintain ownership of aftermarket of hose product lines for assigned market/geographic segment and customer accounts.
· Identify aftermarket sales opportunities with existing customers through customer meetings, active prospecting, and participation in key industry events.
· Serve as primary contact for development of aftermarket sales opportunities.  Oversee & manage development of solutions and pricing for potential projects.
· Ability to oversee sales process through cross-functional works including Account Management, Project Management, Materials, Logistics & etc. to maximize efficiency & customer value.
· Manage all customer communications throughout the sales process in a highly professional manner.
· Travel to project sites and regular customer meetings.
· Manage sales stages and reporting through internal sales management process.
· Maintains organized records of sales activity.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or business discipline, or equivalent work experience
· Excellent organizational management, analytical, technical writing, and interpersonal communications skills
· Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional, technically driven, & complex sales environment.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time to organize/prioritize work, meet deadlines, and prepare plans and customer communications.
· Motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, and a skilled negotiator · High level of initiative and works well in a team environment.
· Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
· Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
· Experience in complex & cross functional sales environments required.
